Shipping.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Currently I have limited international shipping to Aus/NZ, U.S.A, UK, Canada, parts of Europe and parts of Asia - please check the full list which can be found at checkout under shipping options.
Q. How long does Domestic (Australia) shipping take?
Orders are shipped through AusPost - on average it should take around 2-5 days, or tracked express shipping around 1-2 days.
Q. How long does International shipping take?
All orders are sent via AusPost with a tracking number, and international post should take around 2-3 weeks 🤞, however with current delays from Covid19 it could take longer. Keep an eye on the tracking link and if it looks like something’s wrong (eg it’s been in one place for way too long) feel free to email me and I’ll try to sort it out for you.
Q. Uhg, that takes way too long. Do you do International Express shipping anyway?
It’s really expensive! And only a week or two earlier. If you’re happy to pay that much send me a separate email and we can work it out there.
Q. How much is shipping?
This is calculated at checkout and based off AusPost shipping rates.
Q. Do you take returns?
If you are unsatisfied or there is an issue with your order, please email hello@helenaillustrated.com, and I will try my best to work out a solution. All shipping charges are nonrefundable, and unable to refund for change of mind post-purchase.
Q. Do you cover taxes/import duty?
There may be additional import duty/taxes on your order depending on country, which won’t be covered in your order. Please check with your country’s policies on imported goods.
Mythos Tarot.
Q. Do you wholesale internationally?
We sure do! Wholesale enquiries go through Rockpool Publishing at sales@rockpoolpublishing.com.au and they’ll be able to connect you up with the right contact to purchase your wholesale decks.
Q. Can I buy the deck from a different online or local store?
The Mythos Tarot is stocked in many stores in different countries, it’s worth having a quick look in your search engine to see if there’s a store local to you. An easy international online shop that stocks it is Amazon, where you can buy the deck here.
Q. Will you be doing any more similar decks?
I’ve got things in the works! I’ve been a bit flat out with other artworks and projects so it might be a while.
Q. Is this deck good for beginners?
The deck is good for all levels, however it’s good to note that this deck is a themed take on tarot, rather than a very traditional deck. The guidebook is essential to read while pulling the cards due to the very specific nature of the greek gods, which may not suit some people’s reading style.
Commissions.
Q. Do you take personal commissioned artworks?
I’ve had to slow down on commissions lately as I refocus my energies in to other artworks - if you subscribe to emails (bottom of page) I always send out notifications there first.
Q. Do you take commercial commissioned artworks?
Yes! I always try to leave space in my schedule for this, please get in touch via email.
Q. What is your pricing?
I quote every project individually based on the brief and end use/licensing, if you get in touch with your ideas I’ll be happy to send through a commitment-free quote.
Q. Do you take ANY kind of art project?
I only take on commissioned projects that sit within my artistic style - I’ll try my best to help you out but if it’s too different to what I feel comfortable creating I may have to help direct you to another more suitable artist.

Q. Are you open to Partnerships/Collaborations?
Absolutely! I try to work with brands that I support and love, trying to remain authentic and true to my values. Because of this, I take any collaborations I take on very seriously and will work hard to ensure results that we’re all happy with.
Q. What kind of content can you create for us?
I’m happy to create content that connects to both your own audience and my own, creating bespoke and creative videos, artworks and documentation that shows off how excellent you are.
